Olbico has various collaborations with CRM suppliers for automated entry of new company data. This application allows you to look for a company’s location based on the company name or directly via the Chamber of Commerce registration number. In your CRM package’s entry field, you fill in the company name and the applications searches in the Dutch Company file. The company searched for is either found directly or a number of possible candidates are presented with similar names to the search criteria. This way it is directly possible to find the correct company. With a simple push of a button all the relevant data (name, address, location, Chamber of Commerce registration number, telephone number, active/inactive status) is directly uploaded to your CRM system (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce.com, Siebel, etc).
By using CRM Data Importer when entering each new client you have immediate access to a Chamber of Commerce registration number. With this unique coding, you can, for example, check if a client is already in your systems. Duplicate entries of a client are this way found early on.
The CRM Data Importer is, among others, integrated with Salesforce.com. By making use of this application, the available company data is immediately placed into Salesforce from the Dutch Company file that is in Olbico’s possession.
