What is the quality status of my client data? Are my clients ready for maintenance? That might be questions you ask yourself regularly and questions we get quite often. To be sure that maintenance is necessary, you can run a data quality scan, free of charge. After we have executed this scan, and the results have been discussed with you, you decide whether you wish to clean the client data or whether you wish to validate or enhance it.
Olbico's data quality scan gives you insight to the current quality of your client data. This information will be supplied in a report stating: the number of duplicate records, the number of missing fields with name, address, town and the degree of similarity with the reference file. The degree of similarity is determined by validating your client with reference files, to see if your data is (not) obsolete and/or polluted.
