The Challenge for SUN Microsystems

SUN uses two client systems (SalesForce.com and Siebel) and wishes to clean, de-duplicate, and enhance all client data before including it in the SalesForce.com database.

Solution

With our Match Engine we detected duplicate client data (both private and business data) de-duplicated it, in mutual agreement with the client. Then we enhanced the business client data with up-to-date business information. The result is a clean, de-duplicated and enhanced SalesForce.com file.
